For documents that are Rules please use keywords RULE and SUBRULE where you would otherwise use SECTION and SUBSECTION. Please see the example below

How to style Practice Directions

For documents that are Practice Directions, please keywords PARA and SUBPARA where you would ordinarily use SECTION and SUBSECTION.
