How to mark up defined terms which do not occur in a Definitions section

Workaround

1. Add the heading 'Definitions' to the subsection (or whichever element contains the terms)

2. Run Analysis | Defined terms

3. Remove the heading

4. Save

eg. Mark up the term "air quality" as a defined term

1. Go to edit screen and change heading to Definitions

1. Run analysis/defined terms to markup
