1. Utilisez le titre abrégé de la loi tel qu'indiqué dans la section « Titre abrégé ». 
2. Incluez toujours l'année de la loi à la fin du titre, même si le titre abrégé de la loi ne le fait pas. Par exemple : « Loi sur les collèges techniques du Cap-Occidental, **1994** ».
